Fears of big increases in Obamacare premiums in California apparently were unfounded, as hikes for 2015 appear to be just over 4 percent. Two-thirds of uninsured Americans aren't sure if they'll buy insurance via the new marketplaces established under the Affordable Care Act, a new poll indicates.
