State: Insurers misled consumers

State regulators say Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of California provided "untrue" or "misleading" information about physicians connected with their health care policies sold via Covered California. The state Obamacare operation says it's ready to sign up another 500,000 Californians in the enrollment period that began Nov. 15. That would bring total enrollment to 1.7 million state residents.
