Californians' support for Obamacare remains strong as the launch of the state's health insurance marketplace nears, a new survey shows. Fifty-three percent of voters support the health reform law and 38 percent oppose it, researchers found. Children’s dental plans unveiled

Dental care plans for children and teens will be offered by six insurers via the California health exchange. Coverage is optional and not included in general health plans offered by the Covered California marketplace, which opens for business Oct. 1. Taking on an old rival, California's insurance commissioner has recommended that Anthem be excluded from the state's new marketplace for small-business health coverage.
