Uninsured unclear on subsidies

More than a third of those without health insurance in California are unaware of the financial incentives offered via the state's Obamacare operation, a report says. Covered Cal: 2 million served

Covered California says it has provided healthcare insurance services to more than 2 million consumers since it began offering coverage in 2014. The state Obamacare operation issued an "Active Member Profile" that categorizes its current 1.3 million current consumers based on ethnicity, age, income, region, county, ZIP code, carrier and metal tier. Small business rules amended
