Health plan members in California reported the nation's highest levels of satisfaction with their care, with Kaiser ranking the highest among a new survey's respondents. Covered Cal drops doctor listings

Covered California has removed its directories of participating physicians and offered to let unhappy consumers switch heath care plans if misled. Kids dental folded into family plans

Insurers selling healthcare via the Obamacare organization in California must offer children's dental coverage as of 2015. More deadlines are being extended in the wake of problems with implementation of the Affordable Care Act in California and across the nation.
